We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from TukTukParts.nl.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your order.
Below you will find all instructions.


Upon Receiving Your Order

Check the delivered product immediately:

  • Verify that the product matches your order.

  • Carefully remove it from the packaging (if possible without damaging it).

  • Decide whether you wish to keep it or return it.

If you decide to return it, follow the instructions below.


Product Warranty

If your product arrives damaged or becomes defective during the warranty period, contact us at info@tuktukparts.nl or call +31 172 230153.
We will work together to provide a prompt, suitable solution — e.g. replacement, repair, or refund.


Product Exchange

Want to exchange your product for a different item?
That’s possible:

  1. Register the product as a return.

  2. Order the replacement item yourself via our webshop.

This way, you’ll get the correct part quickly.


Returning Products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

Important Conditions:

  • The product must be in original (new) condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.

  • Returns made after 14 days or with visible signs of use may not be accepted.

  • Preferably use the original shipping box; if unavailable, use another sturdy box.

  • Do not place tape directly on the product.

Exceptions:
Custom-ordered parts, electrical and electronic components cannot be returned.


Tip

When you hand in the parcel, you will receive a Track & Trace code.
Keep it safe — we can always check the status of the shipment.
If we do not receive your return and you cannot present proof of shipment, we regrettably cannot issue a refund.


Important

Always include the return form with your return shipment.
Returns without a fully completed return form cannot be processed.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Fill out the return form and include it with your package.

  2. If possible, also add the delivery note.

  3. Pack the product securely (preferably in the original box).

  4. Ship the parcel via PostNL or another carrier to the above address.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.


Refund

After receipt and inspection of your return:

  • You will receive the purchase amount back within 5 business days.

  • The refund will be issued using the same method as your original payment (e.g. via iDEAL).
